Ricochet is excited to announce a few new updates to the webstore, as well as something that we have kept quiet and cannot wait to tell you about!
But first start we want to review two small quality of life features.
- Ability to check Gravity Gift Card balances
- Sort Web Orders by Status
Local Delivery
Webstore users can now offer local delivery as a shipping option. Stores can add the zip codes they are willing to deliver to and assign a delivery fee. This feature was built for those stores still dealing with COVID restrictions or businesses that may sell larger items online and would like to offer delivery to their local customers.

New and Improved Page Builder
We have completely rebuilt the Ricochet Page Builder. Building web pages in Ricochet can now be done by dragging and dropping elements, allowing stores with any level of web building experience the ability to easily build their website.
We know that many of our customers are familiar with services like Wix or Shopify, and the new Page Builder will create a very similar experience for Ricochet users. If you have always been interested in building a web presence for your store but felt building a site can be overwhelming, this update is for you!

The Secret Project – Ricochet GO!
Ricochet Go was designed specifically for your stores’ consignors or vendors, and will allow for easier access to their account and a more fluid mobile experience.
Ricochet Go has an updated dashboard for the consignors and vendors, giving them immediate access to see their current consignor credit, recently sold items, and items that are about to expire.
This app is currently available on the Apple iPhone Market and will be released on Android in the coming weeks. Again this app is designed specifically for smartphones – consignors and vendors can still access their account from the URL when on a computer or laptop.
So how do I let my consignors or vendors know?
We have included a few links below to help you get started. There is a link to the Ricochet Go app and tutorials for both the consignor and vendor log in. Like we mentioned before, we will be releasing the app on Android in the coming weeks, but we do not have an E.T.A at this time.
