Ricochet has added more advanced webstore features!
With the holiday season right around the corner stores need new and improved ecommerce features more than ever. We are excited to announce a group of new features that will help Ricochet webstore customers connect with their customers and consignors and customize their online inventory.
Form Builder
The ability to build forms is now available in the Ricochet webstore. The form builder is available in the page editor, and will allow you to build and customize a form for your website. These forms can be used to field questions from customers or to gather contact info from potential consignors or vendors. The tutorial video below reviews the process.
Photos Update
There have been several small updates to the process of uploading and managing photos.
- Photos can now be rearranged in the edit item screen. Simply click and drag to reorder.
- Photos can be bulk uploaded on any device.
- Photos can be assigned to each variant to better represent your products
Collections
Collections is a new unique feature inspired by modern ecommerce. Collections will allow you to organize items into unique groups, like employee favorites, a sale section, or even list items by a particular vendor or consignor. Review the tutorial video below for more info!
